iPhone 4S data throtle

Hi, I have the $30 basic plan and a $30 6GB add on and a $10 discount from retentions. Currently I have used 1.5GB. Fido has slowed my speeds in the same area from 3mbps to 0.15mbps. If this is because I'm on a retention plan. Because if it was I regret not switching to bell :(. Does anyone else have this problem.

Hey Josh1818!

I would like to confirm that the type of plan you have has no impact on your download speed and that Fido has no cap on it either.

Are you experiencing this issue outside or inside a building? If it's inside, do you also experience it while outside?
