how to cancel refill for pay as you go account

I can not cancel refill for my pay as you go account. Tried thorugh web site but keep receiving error msg. There is a phone number on fido web site to deal with pay as you go services but there is no option to cancel refill and no customer rep option. No other options available aside for this fake phone option. What do I do now?

Hello Tprismak,

  Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to cancel a pre-paid top-up. Deposits into your account for prepaid mobile Services are non-refundable (see Terms of Service; 7b).
