eSim with android device

I have an Android phone, the Samsung Galaxy S21, and I have an eSim card. My phone is eSim capable, but I have no idea how to install Fido's eSim. The Fido pages only have an installation for iPhones: https://www.fido.ca/support/mobility/esim-on-device-setup-for-iphone. They mention a QR code, but my esim card does not have a QR code on it. Is there another way I can install this?

I called Fido support and asked for an eSim. They sent a card that is yellow on one side and says "CARTE, MULTI SIM, CARD", white on the other, and has a physical sim card on it. I assumed this would also work as an eSim card. Am I wrong?

The eSIM should be a QR code, is the eSIM you are trying to activate a Fido eSIM?
