data transfer from old to new

Can I bring old phone to Fido store and will they transfer all data to the new phone? Is there a charge for this service?

Welcome to the community!

Pretty much all new phones walk you through the transfer process when first setting it up. If you let us know the make and model of the old device and the make and model of the new device we can better advise you.

Hi @Dcolavecchia1 , just a thought, if you have London Drugs near you I know that they will do the transfer of data for you. Or try best buy. Both reputable companies.

  Unfortunately, I don't think that is a service Fido provides. There are other third-party venues which may perform the task for you.
