changed number, now no BBM

I just changed my number from 647 to a 289 one, and now I have no BBM just down right me off. Ive had this unlocked 9800 for 6months and its been working fine till an hour ago, when i changed my number online. What gives? How do i fix this?

Did you contact customer service about this already? If so, what did they say?

It sounds like the BBM option was removed during the phone number change.
