can't use my phone

Since yesterday everywhere i go, it's written at the top of the screen; urgent calls only. I can't call or text an I can't acess internet. But the phone does seem to detect a network.

try turning it off, taking out the battery and sim, then put them in, and turn it on.

you might want to go into the networks and manually try choosing fido/rogers.
