Unlimted Text Messaging Not Work as of 5:30ish AM EST

I was wondering if there is something wrong with my OUT GOING text messages, I can get them but I can not send them as of 5:30ish AM EST..I havve the Unlimtede text messaging it was working but just stopped???! o.O Wonder what the problem would be and can anyone help me?
