Hi,
I sent my BB to the technical service (via a fido store at dufferin mall) due to a charging problem on January 23,2013. I received a new phone on Feb 25th.However,there was no battery in the box.So I ordered a battery that day and I was told that I`d receive a battery max. in 10 business days.And today is March 15th.
Also,my last phone bill came 77 dollars and I`ve been using a non-smart phone since Jan 23th.I cannot view the bill under the payment information section.
In sum;
1) If I walk to Mississauga,it`ll take 5-6 hours.I can pick up a battery from the technical service in person.Why does it take more than 20 days to send a battery from there to Dufferin Mall ?
2) The customer representative said he is sorry.Well,I`m sorry,too.No good service.No payment.Even if the bill is $7500.
