Resolved! galaxy S7 CONSTANTLY vibrating after amber alert

Hello all, After the amber alert yesterday, my S7 has constantly been vibrating every 5 minutes or so. My volume is on silent and I have reduced all vibration levels to 0. Nothing is working.  Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you
