Hi I recieved a call from Winback department and then I missed the call. Now how can I reach them?

No voicemail, what is the right way to contact loyalty department or winback department?
Is this the first time they called you? Did you already speak to them before and they called you as a follow up? Did you also receive an email from them?
Usually, if they're not able to get in touch with you they will give you a call back.
No email. Recieved a 1st call and I asked them to call me next day. Next day I received a call back from them but I could not receive because I was on another call. Looks like it was a scam as the call came from an "unknown" number.
