Constantly getting my bill so high this month $600. I pay my bill every month but Fido tends to add on charges that makes no sense when I call the customer service I get hung up on or upon or put on hold for hours. I'm tired of Fido I have 2 phones with them I just want to pay off my phones and leave it's ridiculous

Getting a higher than normal invoice can be overwhelming, did you try saving/printing your full invoice details? it will give you full details of what you are being billed for see here for how to print/save your invoice details.
If there are any discrepancies after reviewing the invoice detail unfortunately you will need to reach out to customer service directly as they are the only ones that have access to your account.
