I requested a phone upgrade through Fido a month ago. Still no word on expected delivery date or shipment.
When can I expect to receive the upgraded phone?
Sorry to hear there's a delay! We understand how exciting it is to receive your new phone.
If it's in high demand, there's a possibility it's currently out of stock at the moment and will be sent out as soon as we have the appropriate device you ordered. Once it's out our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.
You should have also received an email if it's backordered.
