I have SIII the international version with speed HSPA+ 21. I live in Barrie On, L4N 6W7. I only get 1 to 3 mb speed, sometimes 0.3 mb. What should I do to bring the speed up since your speed is 21 mb.

Hi Ka3keh,

The speeds can reach up to 21 Mbps, however it is not guaranteed that you will always have these speeds. The reason is that there are many factors that can disrupt / interfere with the signal, also network congestions can cause lower speeds.

If you are sure that you are connected to H+ on your phone, then you will have the speeds available to you at that moment.
