Hi Fido, I have SIII the international version with speed HSPA+ 21. I live in Barrie On, L4N 6W7. I only get 1 to 3 mb speed, sometimes 0.3 mb. What should I do to bring the speed up since your speed is 21 mb. Your prompt reply is highly appreciated ...
