I ordered the pro max on the 26th of September. Yet to receive a shipping update. Customer service reps apparently don't know ANYTHING. This is ridiculous because I was charged right away but fido can't even give me a date to expect shipping? What a horrible system.

Thanks for your feedback! Sadly, due to demand, most iPhone 13 models are currently on backorder until we receive new stock from the manufacturer. Don't worry though, as your order will be fulfilled the moment we receive more. At that point, you'll receive an email to confirm shipping (make sure to check you spam folder, just in case).
