What I.D. Do I need to buy a phone?

Looking to buy a new phone from Fido. I don't really have anything of my own, no bills are under my name, I dont have a credit card. I'd like to get started with my life. My dad will be paying my bill for a couple months, but I'd like the phone to be under my name for when I do start paying for it. What forms of I.D. will I need? 

Please no judgment for my current situation.

For a new monthly activation, Fido needs two of the following pieces of ID: 

- Drivers Licence 

- Social insurance number 

- Passport 

- Credit Card

- Banking information (bank, transit, and account number). 

If you don’t have a Driver's Licence they also accept one of the following: 

- Provincial ID
- Age of majority card
- Passport
- Citizenship card
- Native status
- Senior Citizens card
- Armed Forces ID
- University student ID
- Company ID
