NO ONE KNOWS WHATS GOING On.
One customer service rep tells, go to validation team.
No one answers from the SO CALLED VALIDATION TEAM. No wait time and a music keeps playing.
SEcond REP ON chat says the order is cance;lled and then says no, the order is not cancelled.
IS IT OUR MISTAKE THAT WE PLACED AN ORDER WITH YOU GUYS.?????
I am saving all the chats and will post all of them on social media.
THIS IS WHAT you say when you book an order:
- don't forget to check your emails in 24-48
-You'll receive your order in 3 to 5 business days.
This was given to me initially while booking the order on chat. -
HOw can we expect an order when there is no update, we don't even know if our order is there or cancelled.

You are not alone! I too have no updates on a new phone ordered on 27th. Yet they already took a partial payment for it on my account! And I too cannot get thru to Customer Service. Jack-Chat know jack**bleep**, so that is useless.
Very frustrating! Their service used to be so much better.
