I have paid the monthly bill twice as app was showing error while I was paying the bill. Then I come to know that amount got deducted twice from my credit card. What should I do to get the refund?

Any overpayment will stay on your account as a credit and will go towards your next invoice, it's not worth your time contacting customer service for them to process a refund it's best to just leave it and it will go towards your next invoice.
