Virus on my Phone

Hello, there seems to be a virus on my phone, that's incredibly difficult to get rid of,

I did factory reset, but any of my screen any of the texts I type, and my camera seems to be shown to the hacker's screen, regardless.

Any experts in this area?

If near the Ottawa area, I can bring the phone in for analysis.

Malware Bytes do not work.

Figured out it's a "harmless" prank by a bunch of possibly Russian or Canadian hackers.

Doing seemingly illegal things.

There are exploits going around uncovered by Kaspersky Lab researchers (in case above was RLO Unicode front) in order to mine and gain remote access on devices.

I wish providers would offer to passdown security implements since they already go around much of it. Maybe an interesting add-on form in future.

How do you know that your text and the images seem to be show to the hacker? Are you sure you are not trying to break into someone's phone and the security software is sending images of you to the phone owner?
