Upload mp3 recording to voicemail greeting

I want to record my voicemail greeting using professional-grade recording equipment and then upload that file to Fido. How can I do that?

Welcome to the Community.  

It's unfortunately not possible to upload a file to your Fido account as your voicemail greeting. The greeting needs to be recorded during the voicemail set-up steps.
