Upgrade my phone

Hi, I requested an upgrade of my phone on friday. And now I can see the status has been updated in my account. But I didn't receive any confirmation email. Why is that

With all the current promotions processing time can be delayed you should get the confirmation email once the device has been shipped you can also check your junk/spam folder in case it goes there.
