I had a hard time figuring out how to manually set the network settings on my Nokia 515 since Nokia has different wording and file paths for their value fields.  I finally figured it out after two full days of trying every single combination and I thought that someone out there might find it useful since I could not find much out there for people using this phone in Canada.
