You'd have to find your Google Account details:
https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery
From there, you'll be able to find out about your Gmail address and then, you'll be able to unlock your phone.
If that does not work, you will have to reset the phone to its factory settings. If you tell us your phone's model, we can assist you with this step.
