I have LG PC Suite iV installed on my computer. I followed the instructions EXACTLY (several times) as stated in the .pdf User Guide I downloaded from LG. These instructions appear on page 56 titled Connectivity. Following these instructions results in the phone displaying a little laptop with arrows revolving around it and saying that it is Connecting... However the LG PC Suite IV Setup Wizard pops up the following message: "Unable to find phone. No response from the device."
What is going wrong in all this???
I am able to view files on the phone when choosing Mass storage however...
This is perplexing and disappointing.
