This is my first time to use blackberry.. I cant download the app world... cant download the facebook, twitter blah blah blah.. even the bbm i cnt use it! Is it because of the plan i chose? can somebody help me..thanks
what data plan did you subscribe to? not all of them will work with that phone. you can check your monthly bill, or call customer service and they can see what plan you have and even put you on the correct one if its not.
