How do i get the new pin code if your phone has been blocked with a puk?

call the fido call centre, they will provide you the PUK code, once you enter this puk code providing you did not try and guess it more than 10 times, you can reset your pin. if you tried guessing the puk code and entered it a dozen times or so, your sim card is now fried and you need to buy a new one.

this is a security measure, so I would not try and mess around and guess codes. if your unsure, consult the SIM handbook or call customer service..

Welcome to the Fido technical community,

They will gave you the PUK code assigned to your sim card. Every sim card has a different PUK code. These number are assigned to the sim card and only the specific PUK for that sim card will unlock the sim card . 

For example, you cannot use the PUK code for another sim card.
