Unable to browse with LTE

With LTE, I can only access email google map etc but not able to use browser such as google chrome, wonder what is the reason?

Based on your post, it seems you're able to access data, but let's be sure. Can you answer the following please:

1. Are you able to use LTE data with any other app other than Maps?

2. Have you tried to restart your phone?

3. Is your phone OS and apps up-to-date?
