Hi,

 

I am still using this tablet but now with another sim card.  Can Fido support help me unlock it? Thanks a lot!

  As far as I understand, I believe you might need to have an active account before they will be able to unlock a device. However, Im not familiar with all of the specific details regarding this matter. Your best option would be to contact customer service to request the unlock code. They will let you know if they are unable to provide the code.

   Are you currently a Fido customer? You would need to contact customer service. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they will also be able to access your account. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter.
