Transferred number now I don’t have signal

I've just transferred my number from Rogers to Fido, I now have no signal and can't get in touch with Fido. I thought the transfer would be seamless and could keep the same SIM card. How can I get an eSIM card?

Hi @Lemonworld , I believe that you will need to contact a Fido store or kiosk to get your esim on your device. I don't think it can be programmed on line. The Rogers Sim won't work on Fido as they are separate companies. I hope that helps,cheers
