I took a fido card while I was in Montreal, now I am back in india and need to close the fido account. I havent used the number and the bill is not stopping, it is charging me every month. I need to close the account, and the live chat or call is not even helpful they are not even answering. This is so frustrating. How to do it. I do not even have any email id where I can send an email to them

If you got a post-paid account you will be billed every month regardless if you use it or not.
Only a Fido representative can process a cancellation so you will have to reach out to them, given all the current Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions that are happening here right now wait times are longer than expected.
