I recently returned a new device to fido, same day I received it. I used their return envelop (UPS). According to UPS tracking details, returned device reached to Fido on 11th day from the date of purchase.
My account still showing device balance for that device, just wondering how long does it take to process returned device ?

Returns are usually processed within a week or two of receiving the returned device.
In the case of any return, we recommend that you include your Fido number and account number in the package to speed up the process of the return and that you keep your proof of return (tracking number) until the adjustments are applied to your account.
