Things to know after ordering a device

Hey everyone,


This post should answer any pressing questions you may have if you’ve just ordered a new device. We’ll go over applicable fees, the satisfaction guarantee and the delivery process (including how to track that shiny new device of yours. Smiley 



Delivery Delay

  • Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver: the delivery can take 1 or 2 days.
  • Other cities: the delivery can take up to 4 days.


Tracking your order

If you gave us your email address:


  • You’ll get a few emails from us:
    • When your order is placed.
    • When your order is shipped, which includes the tracking number for you to track the order.
  • You can track your order on the courier’s website or using the MyAccount app.

Tablet ordered with Easy Pay

  • The down payment associated with your tablet will be charged to your credit card or invoice.
  • Reducing your Easy Pay balance will help reduce your monthly fees, but will not reduce the Easy Pay term of 24 months.
  • You can pay off or reduce your Easy Pay balance at any time by contacting customer service.
  • The cost of borrowing is $0.00 (0% interest and Annual Percentage Rate (APR)).
  • If you cancel your Easy Pay Access plan or no longer have a postpaid number on your account, the outstanding Easy Pay balance will be charged back on your next invoice.
  • You can check your Easy Pay balance anytime in the My Account section on
