If you would like to cancel your services, you would need to contact customer service in order initiate the cancellation. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account.

Customer service does not have a contact email address. If you are not able to call customer service, another option would be to send @FidoSolutions a PM. As mentioned above, once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account. Alternatively, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter.
