A customer service representeative offered me on Nov 2020 a Samsung Tablet for free with 4G/month free and now I see that you charged me the tablet: 360 CAD + HST


I've been calling to custmer service 4 times and all of them told me that this was going to be fixed, but yesterday on my credit card balance I saw that you made the full charge. 


Please make this right or tell me where can I send you back the tablet which I haven't even opened yet.
