Syncing 'Picture Library' to computer(mac)

I have recently switched from BB to iPhone. I want my pictures from the folder 'Picture Library' imported from the old device onto my mac before I get rid of the old device. 'Camera Pictures' automatically synced with no issue, but I cannot get the other folder to do the same. Can you please give me a step by step guide of how I can do this?

not familiar with BB but it seams that those phones store the pictures on the uSD card.
You can either connect the phone as a mass storage device, and direct iPhoto or whatever program you use to import pictures from it
or simply put the uSD (with the usSD->SD adatpter) card in your mac and do the same
