Still no tracking number

How long does it take to get the tracking number for the device I upgraded to? I ordered i believe 5 days ago. I got the acct change email but no tracking number

Welcome to the Community

You'll first receive an email confirmation for the order that you placed. Later on, another email will be sent including a tracking number, when the device leaves our warehouse.

That said, delays for shipment shouldn't take more than a week unless you choose a device in demand. Can you please confirm which device brand and model you've purchased?
