Sony Ericsson Cedar - Turning off 3G

I have a Sony Ericsson Cedar and in order to try and save battery life I would like to change from the 3G network to GSM.

Does anyone know how that is possible? Under Connectivity > Mobile Networks, I only see 3G Rogers Wireless and 3G Plus as options and don't see an option for GSM.

Sorry for the late response. 

After some research, it appears that the Cedar does not have a toggle for 3G. I did find, however, a few tips to save battery life from sony on their website. Click here.
