My phone has a line down the middle and lines across the bottom. Has not been dropped or damaged..what do I do ??? Not impressed with the Blackberrys i have received....I have gone through two already since Jan and neither have been my fault

Hi there Kerri,

If your phone is still under the one year warranty, you can bring it into a Fido store. If the damage is indeed covered by the warranty, the phone will be sent out to RIM to have the screen replaced.
