Samsung S23 phone order

Have ordered a phone last October 24. Received an email last October 30 that it's still in process. Why is it taking so long for a pre-owned phone to be delivered? Does it mean they don't have any units available but still post it on their app?

If it's back ordered then for sure I would say they don't have any and are working to get more but if it's still processing it could mean that they just haven't processed the order as yet, you can contact customer service directly and they can look into the order and better assist you.
