September 17, I updated my device to Samsung Galaxy A70 expecting to receive it after 3-5 business days because that what's they said on my order confirmation email and on the website. Today is October 14, and my bill is due tomorrow, which is the new bill including the plan for the upgraded device. I have been calling their customer service and chatting with them on Facebook Messenger every week and every week, they keep saying the same thing: "It is backordered and there is a week delay." It's been 4 weeks!! I am frustrated and disappointed because I don't want to pay for something that I haven't even received and used yet. I just feel so disappointed. I wish I could cancel the upgrade of my device so I can just switch to a different network provider. Sooo disappointed!!
