My phone can't receive any calls or messages. It said no service. I went to a fido store and they told me that my phone was "ported out". I tried calling the customer service but it was already too late. I have to wait until tomorrow which is ridiculous because this person can receive my messages and calls and any other private information using my number. This kind of service is supposed to be available 24/7! Ridiculous!
