As far as I am aware, most newer SIM cards should be multi-sized (see image here). Is it possible to remove the outer portions of the card to make the card fit micro- or nano-sized SIM slots?
If the SIM card you received is not multi-sized, you would need to replace the SIM with a multi-sized SIM. You should be able to get a new SIM card in-store or by contacting customer service.
