Sounds like a silly thing to ask, but it is pretty difficult to get results for this question.
i activated a new line online to save the activation fee. Cool. But I want to use an eSIM instead. So I call the Fido store in my neighborhood and say yes they have eSIMs. Great so I go and ask, and the agent hands me an eSIM and said just scan it with the phone. Pretty vague, but I think I’ll figure it out. But I didn’t realize this unit I got home, that the eSIM is Rogers branded. Is this normal or did the agent hand me the wrong SIM?

Hello @Tekguy26,
Welcome to the community!
After confirming with Fido stores, the eSim we sell at our stores come branded as Fido.
Had you visited a Fido store or was it a partner retailer?
I would recommend returning to the Fido store to make sure we hand you the correct eSim.
Hope this gets resolved soon, let us know!
