Hey guys, is it possible to change my physical SIM to eSIM?

  Welcome to the community!

  Yes, it should be possible to switch a physical SIM to an eSIM (see here). While that link shows being able to switch to eSIM via My Account, I'm not sure whether that option is functioning at the moment. You may need to go to a store or contact customer service in order to purchase an eSIM.
