I received a refurbished iPhone XS Max today. According to the box, the item I was promised was a gold iPhone XS Max 256G product. What I received instead was a gold iPhone XS Max 64G product. In addition, the IMEI on the box does not match the IMEI in the phone. This is highly disappointing and disturbing. I expected better of Fido services, and would like a response as soon as possible so we can come to an acceptable resolution.
