Didn't Recieve Bonus 2GB for Boxing Week Sale

Hello, I couldn't really find a phone number to call so I decided to try here. I recently bought a new phone on Dec 30 and was told that I would be getting the 17GB deal for $55. I have checked my plan and only see 15GB. I would like the extra 2GB if anyone can help. Thanks.
