Judging by those specifications, that phone would have all of the compatible bands/frequencies for all of the networks. You can verify the compatible bands/frequencies here.
Advanced wireless services (AWS) or more specifically AWS-1 in this case is simply another way to describe band 4 or 1700/2100MHz. They all refer to the same set of frequencies.
Provided the phone is unlocked, it should not have any issues on the Fido/Rogers networks. Note however, that some functions -- such as voLTE -- may not work properly with non-Fido branded devices.
**edit** You should also note that there might be different versions of the same model of phone. You might consider verifying the specifications you posted are the same for the actual device you intend on purchasing**
