Please Help

Hello,

I have a Samsung Note 2 phone, I downloaded the VVM app for FIDO and uninstalled the Rogers version.

I called FIDO to switch me to the Android version of VVM from the iPhone, and they did.

I cannot get the app to work. I keep getting the message you are not subscribed to FIDO visual voicemail.....etc.

I'm not sure what is wrong here. anyone with a similar phone has the VVM app working? Can you tell me what you did.?

here are the settings I have:

APN: LTEMOBILE.APN

MMSC: http://mms.fido.ca

MMS proxy : 205.151.11.13

MMS port : 80

Hey Tony

Ya this happen to me this app VVM will not work on unlock cell phones. If you go to the Google play store and look up that app Fido VVM and look at the discription of the app. It tells you it is only compaitable with certain Fido devices. Not unlock cell phones. What you will need to do is call back customer care and get them to swtich the $4 value pack to a regular phone value pack so you can at least hold down #1 button to retrieve your VM that way.
