Ordered a Pixel 9 Pro XL 256GB on Dec 2nd. Said 2-4 weeks when I ordered it.
I'll start by saying I gave them the 2 of the 2-4 weeks before contacting anyone at all, and the only reason I contacted them was because the automated system stopped being able to tell me anything about my order, or that it existed at all. Eseentially I just wanted to confirm the order still existed because now I had no way of knowing what was going on. They confirmed for me the order does still exist, and that the device was in the warehouse and would ship out soon.
Given the holiday season I gave them another week before checking in, and was assured again that the device is in the warehouse and will ship soon.
So skip forward another week and here we are, 1 full month later, and now Fido support rep tells me the device will not be restocked, and that I should switch to another device, well I already bought a case and screen protector seeing as I was told it was in the warehouse and ready to ship twice...
I just dont understand how we go from "in the warehouse ready to ship" to "Will not be restocked"... just insane.
I am looking into other providers now as this is not a satisfactory experience at all. If they had not of told me it was going to ship this would all be a very different story, but 2 separate reps told me that.
