I bought Iphone 12 Pro Max from Best Buy and they ported my chatr number to Fido. Later on when i reached my home, I noticed my sim card is not working. I went to best buy to solve the issue but they referred me to go to Fido store when they couldn't fix the problem. I went to Fido store, they tried to with other sim cards as well but none of them worked. They suggested me to Call Customer Service, I called them and i was transferred the call for 4 different associates and none of them could fix the issue. So, what should I do now?
